Andrew has been my go to guy for several years now. I’m a Ford guy and he takes care of me at reasonable cost!

Good professional customer service. All of my experience was great working with these guys; they know what they’re doing and keep you updated at all times. One thing I especially appreciated was the courtesy of being straightforward with my repair and keeping me aware of what was needed. I have an F250 which before taking it to DTX I took it to park cities ford, Park Cities Ford was very unprofessional and did not keep me updated or stay in good contact on what was going on during the service or what was need to fix my issue, they over charged me For labor and replaced a $475 module that didn’t even need to be replaced. The issue was not fixed and I was out $850.... I took it down to DTX automotive immediately after and they had the problem pinned and solved and repaired instantly, no problem, and no beating around the bush. I will definitely be returning for future repairs. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the labor cost per hour was higher than I’m used to paying, but damn well worth it. No wasted cost what so ever. DTX automotive is worth every penny you pay because they do their job and they know how to do it efficiently and professionally. Good job guys, and thank you!

He and his team quickly made the repair at a very reasonable cost and got me on the road in a couple hours. These guys are experts with Ford trucks, shoot straight and provide great service. I'll only go here for all my Ford Diesel maintenance and repair going forward!
