Andrew goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my 2013 F250 is running in tip top shape and that his customers are taken care of. My recent experience involved an unfortunate break down while towing a 31 ft trailer on I35 between Denton and Dallas during Friday rush hour traffic. Andrew diagnosed the problem over the phone, adjusted his schedule, picked up a part, and made the trip out to replace what was broken. All of this happened in a span of 2 hours. His service is top notch and and he runs his outfit in an honest and very professional manner. My family thanks you again for saving the weekend!

I have a 2007 Ford F-250 and it broke down 2 days before Christmas Day. In Dallas on the freeway. After searching for a good mechanic I ran across these guys at DTX AUTOMOTIVE. Andrew and his team worked tirelessly for a month almost repairing a truck that needed some love. The first time I went to pick up the truck a new problem occurred. Andrew, out of his own pocket reimbursed me for the travel expenses, since I live 4 hours away. Then I tried again the the trucks fuel system was completely shot. Nothing that they did but Andrew being the good man he is towed my truck back to the shop and repaired it at no cost to me. In total I spent 7,000 or so dollars on basically bringing my old truck back to life. I appreciate the customer service and respect that those guys have given me. Andrew and his team are great. Andrew is a true professional and very knowledgeable. I was told by my mechanic at a shop that i have used for years that i needed an ENGINE and that was the only option! I took my truck to DTX and the diagnosis was totally different and I saved more than two times the $ less what i was quoted by the other shop! I highly recommend DTX Automotive! I have a 2017 Raptor , and there were some power delivery / shifting issues. I took it to Prestige Ford in Garland, who kept my truck for 3 1/2 weeks, and returned it to me unresolved completely. Luckily i found Andrew and DTX. They took my concerns seriously, and stuck with the problem until completely resolved. (Some timing issues and a transmission valve that Prestige claimed to have replaced ) Additionally had them put on an awesome Retrax tonneau cover. Im not sure if the truck was in this good a shape when I bought it. If you have a Ford , these are the people to trust.
