I was in search of a reputable shop (specializing in Fords) to repair a cross-threaded spark plug on my ‘14 6.2L Raptor w/ 96,xxx on the clock. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and confident that my problem could be repaired (faster and for far less $$$ than every dealership I contacted). Not only was the repair made, but they were able to tap and salvage the existing threads and minimize the repair costs with a far less invasive method. Evan and Andrew are top notch guys and run a great shop. I've had a few issues with my 2016 F250 with the 6.7 powerplant. The DTX team did a great job of troubleshooting the problem and fixing it with OEM parts. The most recent issue was with a leaking turbo. Not only did they determine the root of the problem with the trouble code they also took time to look up and down stream to resolve any potential problems. Yes, it added to my repair bill but I personally very much appreciate the thoroughness and attention to care. I plan to own this truck for a very long time and it matters to me that it runs well and is dependable. It's been a few weeks since the repair and the truck runs like a champ! Andrew was great. He used to work at a Ford dealership and knew everything about how the dealership operated. The dealership wanted to charge me almost $12K, and DTX Automotive did it for $6500. And I think Andrew did a better job than the dealership. I’m so thankful to have found DTX Automotive and I highly recommend it.
