Welp another success story. My 2019 F150 KR had the cam phaser problem. I had visited two local Ford Dealers. One told me they would need my truck for 2 months. Another said at least a month. I was lucky to find the information online for DTX and decided to trust the reviews. I called and was told they could complete the work in less than a week. I dropped the truck off on a Monday afternoon and drove it home Friday morning. While in the shop I decided to go ahead and ask them to do all the maintenance work they suggested beyond the cam phaser repairs. This was not inexpensive, but my 2019 is driving like a brand new vehicle. 100900 miles right now. I'll easily put another 100,000 and many more years... I'll be using DTX for all my truck regular maintenance from now on! Thanks for doing such great work guys!

Absolutely stellar service and professionalism from the whole team. We brought in my wife's 2019 Ford Edge ST for the 80,000 mile service interval and other preventative maintenance. Work was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. I did hours of research and reading reviews to find the right Ford specialist to work on our Edge and all signs pointed me to DTX. The vehicle runs the best it ever has. We drove from Rockwall just to use them and they are our go to now.

Evan, Josh and the Team were great. Came if for an oil and filter change and various other items, did not try to upsell, actually talked me out of replacing U-Joints I thought were going bad. Great honest place to take your Ford or Mercury, wished they worked on Audi's. Awesome alternative to the dealer, defintely will be back.

Our 2015 Winnebago Brave lost power during a trip; we called several Ford dealerships in the DFW area and were told there was several weeks waiting list . When we called DTX Automotive, Joshua advised that they would love to look into our problem and to bring it that day. The mechanics were diligent in diagnosing the problem and had it repaired and back to us within the week. DTX employees are very knowledgeable and professional…we recommend them to anyone having a problem with a Ford vehicle/motor.

Stop hesitating and take your Ford into these guys now. I had a slow oil leak that was dripping onto the exhaust. Evan and the guys took it in and had it diagnosed and parts ordered same day. (leaking Vacuum pump & gasket). when I got it back the truck was misfiring, Evan was more than helpful getting that resolved and making sure I was happy with the truck's performance. turned out I was overdue for some sparkplugs. I have since moved to Grand Prairie but I still plan on ONLY using their services in the future. They really are that good.

Great service, work and communication during the repair.

I had taken my truck to two different Ford dealerships while working out of town in Atlanta Ga for misfires at hwy speeds. The first dealer test drove and said it was the transmission that needed to be replaced. The second dealer replaced spark plugs to no avail and then said the engine had sludge and it needs to be replaced. I drove 13 hrs back to Texas with the same transmission and engine and had Evan look at it. One faulty turbo boost sensor and three new cracked plugs later this truck is running better than it has since it was new. These guys know there trade! They are true mechanics that can diagnose and test out the situation even when codes are not being thrown by the computer. I highly recommend seeing these guys first!

Awesome shop I have beautiful F150 Platinum truck that was shaking really bad went to multiple Mecahnic shops getting different diagnostic of the problem could be got referred to DTX Automotive great choose dealt with Evan gave me what the problem was and what needed to be done and the cost and time frame to have those repairs completed and also they go a step further great service great work honest and upfront.
