First let me say I'm not usually "a easy customer" when it comes to my vehicle repairs. I expect quality work at the agreed amount for the work quoted. When Evan at DTX automotive talks with you right from the start you can tell he has experience with ford vehicles. He is honest, his prices are very reasonable and he does what he says he will do. My truck is a 2008, F-250, 6.4 diesel. No it's not new by any means, but it meets my needs both as a daily driver and my farm truck. With the truck prices today $50,000.00 plus to replace it with another that may not be in as sound as the one you own I needed to repair my truck. Evan listened to my complaint. He ran my truck and agreed there was a problem with the turbo system leaking. Evan gave me a quote, ordered OEM parts he thought he needed then went right to work. Instead of replacing ALL the parts we discussed, he only replaced the parts necessary as the other parts upon disassembly were found to be in "like new" condition. When does a Ford Dealership ever tell you that? Not often in my experience! Evan even manufactured a bracket to relieve the stress on the broken part thought to be the cause of the failure. After consulting me, he found an injector that was giving an intermittent fault code and replaced it. All in all, my truck was repaired before the estimated time and $600. to 800 dollars under his quote. They did an oil, oil filter, and fuel filter change, all under the quoted price. Evan and DTX have earned my business. I have told friends about my experience and hope they can provide excellent service to others I know. If you need service on your Ford vehicle, stop by or call Evan, tell him James said hello, and give them a try. You won't be sorry. James P. Wetumka, OK.
